Our products are subject to strict quality control. Should this device nevertheless malfunction, we sincerely regret this and ask you to contact our service address listed below. Warranty claims can only be made within a maximum period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Please send a defective device, along with the warranty card and the receipt, to the service address. Please request a free collection from the specified service center. If the defect is covered by our warranty, you will receive a repaired or new device. Repair or replacement of the device does not start a new warranty period. The warranty period of 5 years from the date of purchase remains valid. This also applies if on-site service is used. Please note that our warranty is void in cases of misuse or improper handling, failure to observe the safety precautions applicable to the device, use of force, or interventions not carried out by an authorized service center.
