Traditional blade shape for versatile cuts
The Damascus Santoku knife from GEHRING combines high-quality materials and traditional Japanese blade making. With its blade made of approximately 65 layers of Japanese VG10 Damascus steel and a robust core, it offers excellent edge retention. The tree-ring-like structure and the walnut handle give the knife an attractive appearance and good handling. Thanks to its straight edge, the Santoku knife is particularly suitable for fish, meat, and vegetables – ideal for professionals and home cooks alike.
