1. License plate: The Maximus MX2-45 requires insurance and a license plate. An EU Certificate of Conformity (ECC) is included with the scooter. With this document, you can obtain a license plate from the insurance company of your choice. The certificate is written in English, as this is the official language of the EU. 2. Driver's license: A driver's license of class AM, A, or B is required. The minimum age is 16, in some German states it is 15. Check with the relevant authorities in your state for details. 3. Helmet requirement: A helmet is mandatory when riding the Maximus MX2 45 km/h e-scooter. 4. Number of passengers: The Maximus MX2 45 km/h e-scooter is approved for use with two people. 5. 6. Pedestrian and cycle paths: The use of public pedestrian and cycle paths is not permitted.
