Trendy houseplant for your indoor jungle
The Monstera owes its name to its strikingly lobed leaves, which make it a real eye-catcher in any home. In fact, the first leaves of your Monstera are smaller and heart-shaped; only later do leaves with the characteristic window-like appearance develop. The plant is particularly popular not only for its looks but also for its air-purifying properties. Furthermore, it is robust and easy to care for, making it ideal for plant beginners.

How to care for your Monstera
The Monstera deliciosa originally comes from the tropical forests of Central and South America and prefers a bright, warm location with relatively high humidity in your home. However, it shouldn't be in full sun. The plant tolerates shady and partially shady locations well. This houseplant needs very little water, but you should make sure to keep the soil moist. This way, your Monstera will thrive. It greatly appreciates liquid fertilizer every 14 days from April to August!
