With notes of dark berries, cassis, plum, and hints of dried fruit, it is an excellent accompaniment to dishes such as beef, tapas, and cheese. The Nero d'Avola grape variety is typical of Sicily; the 2023 vintage received 96 points from wine critic Luca Maroni.
