This ensures that condensation is evenly distributed over your food, keeping it nice and juicy. Rib lovers won't be disappointed either. The included stainless steel rib rack prevents your ribs from touching the bottom of the pot, guaranteeing perfect ribs every time!

Cooking with the Enders Cast Iron Dutch Oven

The Dutch oven is made of solid, enameled cast iron. This material provides excellent heat retention and a slow, even heat release. An additional vent is integrated into the lid, allowing you to check the temperature even with the lid closed. Not sure where to start?
